These notes show the decision making that led to

some of my experimentation.

Taking colours from found objects, I started to compose foreground and background

I felt might be achievable in the proposed animation.

Markmaking here reflects the 'tribal' content I wanted to talk about in further interviews

and also the idea that logos are simply marks with meaning and may also be becoming

quite obselete.

This visual language around logos is relevant to my project,

also there was some ainmation using watercolour beautifully.

4 main statements I wanted to be reflected in forthcoming interviews.

I recorded all the post it notes into idesign.

CONCEPTUAL THINKING

Beginning the unit by writing every idea I had with regard to what I had been doing and doing a load of post-its on the wall. Also a couple of other conceptual exercises involving connecting sequential sets of doodles all together and 4 main statements I wanted to make. A concept that it was all quite ORGANIC kept coming up, that brands were not inherently evil but just a stage in things.
